How to Measure

Below are all the details and measurements you will need to take for your perfectly fitted dress! Please give your measurements in inches or cm.

A. Full Bust Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of the breast, typically across the nipple line. Your arms should be relaxed, down by your sides.

B. Waist Measure the smallest part of the waist, typically an inch or so above your belly button.

C. Hips Around hips at fullest point, taking note of how far down from the waist that you are measuring.

D. Nipple to Nipple The distance between the centre of your nipples.

E. Shoulder Width Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back.

F. Hollow to Hem (for short length dress) Measure from the center of the collarbone (Hollow) to the dress hem. Note: The length is not measured starting from the garment neckline.

G. Hollow to Floor (for floor length dress) Measure from the center of the collarbone (Hollow) to the dress hem. Note: The length is not measured starting from the garment neckline.

H. Arm Length Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bend in your wrist.

I. Arm Eye Measure around the top of the arm where it meets the shoulder.

1.All data given above are crucial factors when we tailor your dress, more specific measurements will fit perfectly.
2.Please measure with shoes which you are going to wear on the wedding date when you measure "Hollow to floor".
3.For customer who likes to choose customized service, the correct size measured by professional tailor with your underwear on is strongly recommended.

Shipping

Delivery Method Your order is usually tailored within 12-48 hours when your payment is received. We will deliver your order by Standard Shipping - Worldwide Express Mail Service (Online Tracking). Deliveries usually take 3~7 working days to arrive.

Goods Preparation The tracking No. of your package will be sent to you after your order is dispatched. You may check the status of your order online using your tracking number;

Estimate Delivery Time If you choose the customer-made dresses, usually, the tailoring period is 12-18 working days, and the shipping time is 3-7working days. But the rush order can make you receive your desiring dresses quickly, because it will be earlier than regular in 5 days. You can see more details as followings:

Special Occassion & Bridal Party Dress: Generally speaking, it will take 15 calendar days for professional dressmaker to tailor your dresses. Then it will take standard shipping about 3-7 working days for the finished dresses to travel to the destination.
Wedding Dresses: Generally speaking, it will take 18 calendar days for professional dressmaker to tailor your dresses. Also it will take standard shipping about 3-7 working days for the finished dresses to travel to the destination.
Rush Order: It will be earlier than regular in 5 days and take 9 calendar days for professional dressmaker to tailor your dresses. Also it will take standard shipping about 3-7 working days for the finished dresses to travel to the destination.

Shipping Fee Our shipping fee is US$19.99 per order (will be converted to the local currency based on your choice). We offer fixed shipping fee for every single order which will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment, no matter how many items are purchased. But if your order is over US$250, we will provide free shipping with you!
